2023 SLVA CAR STICKER REMINDERS
Dear Residents, Please be advised that the 2022-2023 car stickers are valid until July 31, 2023 only. In the interest of security, orderliness, and fairness to the majority of the Village Residents/Lot Owners who are in compliance with the Association’s rules on stickers, effective August 1, 2023 the Association will be STRICTLY implementing the below rules and regulations:
- Only vehicles with the 2023-2024 SLVA stickers will be allowed to use “Resident’s or the ‘With Sticker' Lanes” of the Village gates at San Lorenzo Drive and Amorsolo/Pasay Road. Further, only the same class of “stickered” vehicles will be allowed access through the “Residents and Stickered Cars Only” gates on Ponce/Pasay Road, Edades/Pasay Road, Sabio/Pasong Tamo and Amorsolo/Edsa (when opened).
- All other vehicles will have to use the “Visitor's Lanes” at the San Lorenzo Drive and Amorsolo/Pasay Road gates.
- Vehicles parked on the streets overnight must have a 2023-2024 SLVA green sticker affixed to its windshield. All vehicles parked overnight along the streets of the village that have an expired SLVA sticker or which do not have a sticker or is parked well-away from the residence to which the SLVA sticker affixed to the vehicle is associated with, will be “tire-locked.” This includes also all inoperative and/or unregistered vehicles “stored” on the Village streets.
- A fine or penalty amounting to Php 1,000.00 per incident and an additional Php 500.00 each night thereafter will be charged to all vehicles that will be tire locked or clamped. All inoperative and/or unregistered vehicles “stored” on the Village streets will have a penalty of P 5,000.00 per incident and an additional Php 500.00 each succeeding day.
- A car is considered parked “overnight” when it is parked in the same location continuously from 12:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. Further, please be reminded that vehicles SHOULD be parked near the residence to which the SLVA sticker affixed to the vehicle is associated with.

Please be informed that the SLVA Administration Office will start the process of issuing vehicle stickers for the year 2023-2024. Below are the schedules, qualifications, requirements and cost of the sickers for your reference.You may get vehicle sticker application forms from the SLVA Administration Office starting April 3, 2023 and apply according to the following schedule to avoid any inconvenience:

Effective June 12, 2023 vehicles without 2023 stickers will only be allowed entry/exit at San Lorenzo Drive and Amorsolo-Amaiz Gates where a gate pass must be obtained. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
The 2023 Stickers will only be issued to Lot Owners/Residents with no outstanding accounts such as, but not limited to, Association Dues, Traffic Violations, Deed Restrictions Violations, Construction Violations and Penalties/Interest.
Only the Lot Owner has the SOLE AUTHORITY to endorse/sign the Application Form. Assignment of allocated stickers is at the discretion of the lotowner.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
As part of updating our records, kindly submit the following as requirement for 2023 car stickers. We know that there had been sales and changes in ownership of properties inside the village so we need your understanding and need your cooperation on this matter.- Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title as proof of ownership
- If title has not yet been transferred, a certified true copy of the duly notarized Deed of Absolute Sale in lieu of the title
- SLVA signature card accomplished by the registered owner (form available at the SLVA Ne Office)
- For corporation owned or co-ownership, a secretary’s certificate for the duly authorize representative
- For lessee or lease extension, provide copy of Contract of Lease and affidavit by the lessee.
- Acknowledgement Receipt of Traffic Rules & Fines (upon claiming the sticker)
ALL vehicles:
- Duly accomplished 2023 STICKER APPLICATION FORM signed by lot owner or Authorized representative
- LTO updated Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of registration (GR) ~ Xerox only
- Letter of assignee & valid ID of registered car owner
- Company owned vehicles: Company certificate stating the authorized assignee of the vehicle
Newly purchased vehicles:
- Delivery Receipt/Vehicle Sales Invoice or Notarized Deed of Sale
- Vehicles under bank financing — bank certification to the effect
- Submit LTO documents upon availability.
NOTE: FOR LOT OWNERS, PLEASE GET YOUR SIGNATURE CARD FROM THE SLVA OFFICE BEFORE APPLYING FOR 2023 SLVA CAR STICKER
We also wish to remind all lot owners and residents of the procedure regarding the acquisition of the stickers.
- In the event that the registered car was sold, the existing SLVA sticker should be surrendered to the association office. To ensure that all vehicles with SLVA stickers are authorized by the office,(in case the car was sold) No replacement shall be accommodated without surrendering the previous sticker applied.
- In case of loss, please present a notarized Affidavit of loss explaining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
- CARS NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE VILLAGE PARK FOR THE STICKER TO BE AFFIXED TO YOUR VEHICLES BY SLVA SECURITY GUARDS AND OLD STICKERS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR VEHICLES.

2022 Vehicle Sticker Fees
Residents (Green): 1st-4th Vehicle: P750.00 eachResidents (Green): 5-8 Vehicle: P1,500.00 each
Residents and Guests (Yellow): 9-18 Vehicle: P5,500.00 each
- Residents cars in excess of eight (8) will be charged P5,500.00 and ENTITLED ONLY TO YELLOW STICKERS
- Resident is entitled up to ten (10) stickers for their guests at P5,500/sticker with YELLOW STICKERS
- Cars with guest stickers (Yellow) can only park in front of the resident's house who sponsored the stickers.
- BUS, MINI-BUS, MICRO BUS and MARKED COMMERCIAL SERVICE/DELIVERY VEHICLES are entitled to YELLOW STICKERS only.
- Other vehicles with 4600 gross weights and up will be entitled to YELLOW stickers only
- All vehicles with YELLOW STICKERS CANNOT PARK OVERNIGHT ALONG, THE STREETS
